Moose Youth Hockey Association understands there are times that require a team to submit a cancellation after payment has been received to secure your spot in the tournament. Reimbursement guidelines are as follows:

All cancellations will incur a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.
No refund will be issued within 90 days of the tournament unless a full fee-paying replacement team is found.
No refund will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the tournament.
Full refunds will be issued if the tournament is cancelled by the Host for reasons beyond reasonable control.
